Seattle University transitioned to a test-optional policy last year. This opportunity allowed us to reimagine how our admissions office conducted a holistic review process, inspired by data-driven principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This also spurred us to retool how we process our applications and how we leverage our CRM technology. In this presentation, we share some actionable best practices for admissions counselors, operations staff, and surprising use-cases for the data we have already generated.
