It takes a village to support new families, and that is certainly true in the world of admissions. Seattle University's Admissions team had four senior staff members go on family leave in the last four years, with an anticipated fifth leave on the way. In this session, we will share what we learned in partnering with HR, our supervisors, our team, and each other to support a successful leave and re-entry for new parents.
