The Feldenkrais Method is a system of somatic (of, or relating to, the body) education developed to improve human movement and function. Through intentional adaptation and operation of both physical and intellectual spheres, people of all ages, races, abilities, and cultures can derive benefits from this introduction to Feldenkrais. It offers a way of thinking and moving through life and work that can improve state of mind and state of body. NO yoga pants needed!
