Cady holds a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Communication and Education from Newcastle University. Cady started her career in admission at Willamette University and over the years has most enjoyed engaging in conversation around access to higher education. Previous conference presentations include, "Lives in Limbo — Reframing the Conversation" (PNACAC, 2017), and "Test-Optional Roadmap" (SuperACAC, 2019). Originally from Wisconsin, she now lives in Albany, Oregon with her husband and infant son. In her years at Willamette, Cady has most enjoyed collaborating with colleagues and engaging in conversations around access and equity in higher education.
