Jen Hawes is the co-founder of Do The Work, LLC - a organization committed to developing antiracist advocates in all communities. She received her BA in History and Politics from New York University, her M.Phil in Modern European History from the University of Cambridge, and her MA.Ed in School Counseling from Seattle University. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and holds her LMHC credentials in Washington state. She has been working in secondary school education and mental health for the past 16 years.
