HtooShar Mon holds a B.A. in Professional Accounting and Management from Eastern Washington University. She is currently an admissions counselor for Multicultural Outreach and Recruitment for the University of Washington Office of Minority Affair and Diversity. Her emphasis is in assisting the Southeast Asian American communities and other underrepresented minority students within Washington State. She frequently works with current UW Southeast Asian organizations.
